Mr. Amar Agrawal , aged 51 years, is a graduate in business administration. His business interests vary widely from Ferro alloys, to Power, Infrastructure and Logistics. He has extensive experience working with international business partners and to that end has traveled all over the world to regions like the USA, China, the Middle East, and Africa. He is currently managing a successfully running 15 MW Thermal Power Plant inRaigarh [C.G.], and recently established a Ferro alloys plant at the same site. With over 25 years experience in the industry, his proficiency in project management and financial decision making complements the group’s rapid growth.

Mr. Sushil K Singhal, aged 49 years,is a graduate in business management. He is the principal promoter/director of R.K. Transport and Constructions Private Limited, and R.R. Ferro Alloys Private Limited. Owing to his industry experience and strong management, a partner firm,Omax Minerals Private Limited, was able to achieve a turnover of Rs. 85.00 crores in just the first year of its operations. He has been engaged in this line of business for over 20 years and he applies this rich experience and expertise in examining each new prospective project in great detail to ensure that the group only engages in viable and profitable projects.
